ABOUT MUSIC@MALLING

Music@Malling brings outstanding music to historic venues in and around West Malling, Kent. Our concerts and outreach are available live and online, bringing outstanding musicians to your doorsteps.

WE AIM:

To feature the music of contemporary composers and commission music from a diversity of living composers.
To provide a platform for the music of our time: placing it into a historical context alongside the classics.
To engage the local community through education and outreach work that show the expressive and creative possibilities of music.
To provide events that enrich and entertain audiences from the local area and beyond.
To raise the profile of music in and around West Malling particularly in schools.
To develop innovative and creative projects that are of the highest artistic quality.
To work in partnership with national, regional and local organisations in outreach and concerts.
