Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Stravinsky – The Soldier’s Tale. This iconic multi-media work will be reinterpreted with animation and film referencing the period and bringing the work into the present day with internationally acclaimed ensemble, Chamber Domaine. The concert also includes the world premiere of a new work by James Pearson that explores the jazz elements in Stravinsky’s music that can be heard in the Soldier’s Tale, Piano Rags and Three Pieces for Clarinet all written at the end of The First World War.
